Billings Chamber boss: Airport myths ‘causing us a lot of turmoil’

The MDT Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program encourages and supports the participation of companies owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals in transportation contracts.

Billings authorities are working to persuade American Airlines — with reasons and with cash — to begin regular flights to and from Dallas, Billings Chamber of Commerce president and CEO John Brewer told a gathering of government, business and education leaders Wednesday.

Service to American Airlines’ Dallas home base would enable connections to 44 cities and "would potentially re-establish Billings as Montana’s airport leader," Brewer said.
