JOB PURPOSE STATEMENT:

To conceive and implement a coherent data system which unifies and facilitates the exchange, extraction
and use of all data for Missoula County Public Schools. In addition, the Data Manager w
ill liaise with
designated agencies and departments within and outside the District on an ongoing basis to document the
use of District data, and will direct the data standards and requirements within the current systems
(financial, student information, hu
man resource, etc.) , as well as plan future systems in a coherent and
logical fashion. The Data Manager will assist in the design of District survey and polling instruments used
to inform practice as well as analysis of survey and polling data.
