Missoula real estate agents study effects of climate change on homebuyers, neighborhoods

From catastrophic wildfires to prolonged smoke exposure to flood potential to drought forecasts, climate change has massive implications for the real estate industry and for potential homebuyers.
To understand these issues, more than 100 Missoula-area real estate agents attended a seminar Thursday on the effects of climate change on their industry.
