Montana students outscore most other states that require ACT exam

Montana students did better on a national college entrance exam than students in most other states that have all of their students take the test, but scored slightly below the national average, according to a release from the Montana Office of Public Instruction.
Students in Montana graduating in 2015 averaged a composite score on the ACT exam of 20.4, compared to the national average of 21.
