Macys.com to double Treasure Valley workforce

Bear Paw Development Corporation is a private non-profit organization created for the purpose of administering programs to help improve regional economic conditions in Hill, Blaine, Liberty, Chouteau and Phillips Counties and the Fort Belknap and Rocky Boy's Indian Reservations.

Macys.com, the online arm of Macy’s retail business, announced it will expand its Treasure Valley operation.

http://www.Macys.com currently employs 30 software engineers working at it’s Eagle office. The company plans to move the US Bank Plaza in Downtown in September. The 7,569 square-foot office will provide the company space to ramp up to as many as 60 employees working in positions related to software development.

The Treasure Valley offers the company tech talent, said Mike Robinson, Macy’s.com executive vice president of digital technology, customer experience and site merchandising.
