KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Direct Sales and Marketing

Manage a wide variety of tasks at one time with a strong emphasis on relationship building

Handle and resolve all customers questions, comments, and complaints

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing

Knowledge of customer service principals and practices

Preferred experience in the insurance or finance industry

A bachelor’s degree and/or three years of experience in the customer service industry.

Familiarity with marketing automation and Salesforce platforms

Marketing Intern:

COLUMBIA PACIFIC FINANCE IS LOOKING FOR A MARKETING INTERN TO HELP PROMOTE THE CPF BRAND, WHILE LEARNING SKILLS RELATED TO MARKETING, ADVERTISING, PUBLIC RELATIONS AND BRANDING. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL BE A 3RD OR 4TH YEAR UNDERGRAD STUDENT, MARKETING OR COMMUNICATIONS MAJOR PREFERRED.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Establish a new marketing campaign to target new sales and new insurance agents to use our product.

Assist in coordinating various marketing methods including, direct mail, print ads, networking, internet, social media, and develop new methods of marketing.

Track and analyze RSG social media presence, make content recommendations based on competitor analysis (monthly).

Establish a new marketing campaign to target new sales and new insurance agents to use our product in CA, TX, and AZ.

Utilize salesforce.com to create new leads to convert to new accounts.

Assist with and perform any other duties as needed or assigned by the Marketing Reps.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree program in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications.

3rd or 4th year undergraduate students preferred.

Students interested in the field of marketing/communications.

Previous experience as a marketing intern and/or developing marketing materials preferred.

Detailed oriented.

Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.

Beneficial, but not required; some web design/graphic design background (pc format/Dreamweaver) is desirable.
