Bear Paw Development Corporation is a private non-profit organization created for the purpose of administering programs to help improve regional economic conditions in Hill, Blaine, Liberty, Chouteau and Phillips Counties and the Fort Belknap and Rocky Boy's Indian Reservations.

Licensed CPA with MBA from the University of Montana. My work experience has been a progression of increasingly responsible positions in accounting and management. I am seeking a job as Accounting Manager, Office Manager, or in similar small business/not-for-profit management.

My strengths include finding technological solutions for business problems, instituting continuous process improvements, financial management, and office administration. I am an effective negotiator, analytical problem solver, and have well-developed communication and project management skills.
