Rural Areas Need to Be Aware of Challenges of Reindustrialization

With some manufacturing returning from off shore, rural communities may be eager to lure new factories home. But think carefully before you hand over the fatted calf.

Reindustrialization, or trying to bring back manufacturing with incentives, might be good. But don’t jump in without a lot of thought – especially if you live in a rural area.
