Petitioning the University of Montana – The Answer is Clear- Bring Glass Recycling to Missoula

The UM Carbon Accountability Project is a student-driven initiative, trying to establish a glass recycling option in Missoula. Since less than 2% of waste is recycled in the U.S., we think it is time to start caring about the environment and figure out a sustainable long term way to achieve carbon neutrality in Missoula. We will be presenting our project to President Engstrom and want to get an idea of how our community feels about the idea. If you would recycle your glass waste or support this initiative, sign below! Feel free to leave any comments.

Thank you!

"Its incredible to me that a town this progressive and environmentally conscious (and one that drinks this much) doesn’t make glass recycling mandatory- let alone available" -Missoulian
