Computer Attacks Spur Congress to Act on Cybersecurity Bill Years in the Making

Responding to a series of computer security breaches, the House is expected on Wednesday to pass a bill, years in the making, that would push private companies to share access to their computer networks and records with federal investigators.
The vote will come after false starts and bitter disappointment for the Obama administration on cybersecurity legislation.
