IT Help Desk Specialist

Provide technical support, resolve technical and procedural problems over the phone for end users with hardware, software and communication issues. This position interacts with people on all levels. The ideal candidate will be able to install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot end user workstation hardware, networked peripheral devices, and networking hardware products. Excellent communication skills required. Weekend shifts may be required.

Application Developer

Responsible for software development activities with a focus to understand and apply business functions and processes. This requires a detailed understanding of best practices for software development (coding/programming), software development standards, software development lifecycle principles, specification development and maintenance, and software quality assurance.

Workstation Administrator

Work within a small, high powered, centralized team that creates and implement leading edge information technology solutions to difficult network and systems problems. The ideal candidate must be substantially self-motivated, a collaborative team player and will have a keen desire to explore, learn and apply new technologies to business and technical problems.

Network Engineer

Customer interaction in a friendly environment while maintaining existing systems and building Murdoch’s new and enhanced network capabilities. Administration of a large/diverse/distributed/secure network. The ideal candidate will be expected to analyze problems and design and implement solutions to those problems. The ideal candidate would be willing to relocate to Colorado upon completion of training (6-12 months).
