Description:

We are looking for a Lending Director located in our R.H. Scott Branch, just outside of the main gate of Malmstrom Air Force Base. Come and join the strongest progressive Credit Union in the area. 1st Liberty is a full service financial institution that offers a wide range of financial services; matching our members’ needs with our products and services.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: direct, oversee and implement all credit union lending programs and collection activities. This includes driving all aspects of lending and underwriting in consumer, indirect, mortgage and business loans. Oversees collection efforts, delinquency resolutions, recovery efforts and follow-up. Responsible for reviewing, recommending, preparing, and overseeing lending and collection policies and procedures ensuring staff and the credit union are in compliance with relevant regulations. Assists in maintaining the safety and soundness of the credit union.
