Kickstarter Campaign – Help The Masala Restaurant Grow in Missoula. The time has come to expand from a seasonal food cart to a year round restaurant.

Building a restaurant is an expensive endeavor. Donations of any amount will help with the large upfront costs from architects, contractors, building lease, equipment and the 10 or more full time employees to help run the business.

Thanks to a kickstarter video 3 years ago, the Masala food cart was successfully funded by supportive friends and community, believing in our mission to bring quality ethnic food to Missoula. Kickstarter has been a truly amazing platform to turn an idea into a reality.

I would like to announce that Masala will be transferring ownership of the food cart to another generation of entrepreneur. I wish to give someone else a head start in realizing their own business dream, the same way kickstarter, friends and community helped me launch Masala. Over the course of the next winter, I will be accepting business ideas and proposals from people with a unique vision for the cart that will expand and diversify culinary offerings in Missoula. We will help guide the reincarnation of the food cart and get you servicing festivals and events throughout the summer. You will also benefit from our own experience (and mistakes along the way) running the cart with overall, great success.

So, here I am again, looking for your support with the next leg of Masala’s journey. I have not stopped dreaming of what Masala could be. I want to offer more and a Masala restaurant will be the way it can happen.
