Montana students say Neil deGrasse Tyson changed their perspective – "I’m never not going to think about the things he talked about."

Sierra Merrick, 15, wants to be an astronaut.

The Paris Gibson Education Center student is also taking classes at Great Falls College Montana State University.

She and 11 other students took a bus to Bozeman to see Neil deGrasse Tyson on Wednesday.

"I’m never not going to think about the things he talked about," said Dakota Bryant, 18.

She’s a Paris Gibson student and takes classes at GFC MSU with plans to be a veterinarian.

"It was a 12 out of 10," she said. "There’s so many things that we need to understand."
