Are Changes In Store for Women in the Boardroom?

No surprise here: Men outnumber women in the boardrooms of America’s biggest companies.
Women still make up less than one-fifth, or 19.2%, of board members at companies in the S&P 500, according to the annual board census from Catalyst, a nonprofit research group that tracks executive women.
Despite those figures, other data suggest changes may be under way.
