Dan Price, the owner of a Boise-started company called Gravity Payments, has won a top award from Entrepreneur magazine.

Price, 30, was selected as Entrepreneur of the Year for his credit card processing company http://gravitypayments.com/ , which he started in Boise and near Seattle with his brother while he was a student at Seattle Pacific University. The company, now based in Seattle, serves 11,000 independent business customers across the country, said spokesman Brad Hennessey, who works at Gravity Payments’ four-person Boise office. The company has 105 employees in all.
