Lt. Gov. Mclean rallies support for budget proposal from Bozeman tech companies
November 21, 2014 /
Montana Lt. Gov. Angela Mclean met with a group of Bozeman entrepreneurs Thursday to discuss how tax money would help the community create jobs at cutting-edge tech companies.
Mclean’s office scheduled the meeting to show support for the governor’s $15 million proposal for research grants for the state’s universities. It would be the state’s first appropriation for research.
"Research is a job creator," Mclean said.
