1) We had a prospect visit this week with an executive of a significant industrial manufacturer looking at Great Falls for a company expansion to serve the Western US and Canada. The company has made multiple visits to GF this year.

2) Received word from a national site selection consultant working with a large manufacturing prospect that Great Falls has climbed to #1 on their list of 3 potential expansion locations, and the only location in Montana in the running.

3) Analyzed the historic performance of an area business to prepare a prospective buyer to make a go or no go decision. Worked with two companies doing due diligence on potential lot purchases in the Great Falls AgriTech Park.

4) Exhibited and networked with manufacturing industry leaders at the Montana Manufacturing Extension Center’s Compete Smart Conference in Billings.
