Montana gets good start aligning classes to job needs
September 17, 2014 /
The state’s two-year colleges are making good progress in the first year of implementing a $25 million federal grant that helps educators and industry partners fine-tune workforce training programs to meet specific jobs and readiness skills needed by businesses, program director Matthew Springer said.
"Montana has really ambitious goals, hoping to impact more than 9,000 students by the end of the three-year project, and we’re off to a good start," Springer said.
