Montana Monster Munchies – Bozeman-based cookie company hiring 42 employees

Montana Monster Munchies http://www.mtmonstermunchies.com/ has taken a big bite of the baking market and is hiring 42 people to help them chew through it.

The cookie baking company is one of the only certified gluten-free bakeries in Montana and has secured a three-month contract to ramp up production from several thousand cookies baked per day to upwards of 200,000 cookies each day. The contract runs from October through December, said Rich Powell, who owns the company with his wife, Cathy. He cited a nondisclosure agreement and declined to identify the company they’re contracting with. Powell only offered that the company is well known and not established in the gluten-free market.
