Broadband industry wants Wyoming tax exemption

The Wyoming Telecommunications Association is asking lawmakers for a sales and use tax exemption for internet expansion in the state.
During a presentation Tuesday before the Joint Revenue Interim Committee, the association estimated with an exemption, it could save $2.4 million a year.
