Montana Healthcare may never look the same after a major merger was announced Friday between Community Medical Center and Billings Clinic.

Months of speculation came to an end Friday as CMC announced their partnership with Billings Clinic and Regional Care Hospital Partners. CMC officials described it as a strategic merger as multiple negotiations remained confidential in order to maximize a deal.
