University of Montana must ‘staff down’ to match enrollment decline

University of Montana http://www.umt.edu/ President Royce Engstrom delivered a winter report to the campus community on Wednesday touching on the challenges facing the school midway through the academic year, as well as its achievements.

The report, not unlike Engstrom’s state of the university address in August, covered the school’s budget, enrollment trends, recruitment efforts and academic success.
