The Bitterroot Resort offered for sale for $22.5 Million

The ranch is being sold by Mr. Maclay’s lender, MLIC Asset Holdings, part of the insurance company MetLife. Located in the Bitterroot Valley outside Missoula, the 2,660-acre property has a working cattle operation, but it is a "kind of a different animal" from most ranches, said listing agent Bill McDavid of Hall and Hall.
