Responsibilities:

This individual will be responsible for answering incoming Tier I Help Desk phone calls. Assures support is provided for hardware and software, network management and data security to ensure minimal disruption to the company and projects. Exercises sound professional judgment in analysis of problem in order to: (1) attempt hardware/software solution by phone, or (2) decide proper level of maintenance required to solve problem. Sets up network hardware and software components as required. Building of workstations including the installation of operating systems, applications, drivers, and management tools. File maintenance. Performs network troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common network problems. Installs, upgrades, and configures network printing, directory structures, rights, security and software on file servers.

Qualifications:

Bachelors of Science in CIS or related field or Associates degree and equivalent experience

2+ years related computers and/or Help Desk experience

Experience with Microsoft Windows XP, 7, 8, Microsoft Windows Server 2003/2008/2012, Active Directory Account Management
Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with team members and clients

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Strong organization and time management skills

Must be able to effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline driven environment

Ability to work independently and as part of a team and take on new tasks with high level of difficulty

This position will work full-time in our Bozeman, MT office.
