Eastern Montana the ‘land of opportunity’

The Canadian Trade Mission took place Wednesday in Sidney with an energetic agenda and successful turnout.

The schedule included a welcome breakfast for the Canadian participants at the Richland County/MSU Extension Center, and a tour of a Hiland gas facility, KC Sand and Transport and the Eagles’ Landing temporary housing facility.

Additionally, the group attended a luncheon at the Sidney Country Club hosted by the Montana Energy Forum featuring several speakers, including keynote speaker Lt. Gov. John Walsh, along with a dinner reception at the Elks Lodge in Sidney.
