Pi Property Management brings together a team with extensive management experience in residential, commercial and recreational properties.

Pi Property Management uses the most advanced web-based accounting systems to accommodate both owners and renters when dealing with property issues, as well as with timely processing and payments.

Because we are committed to providing the best customer service in Missoula, owners can trust that Pi Property Management will care for their properties as if they were our own and renters can relax knowing that their concerns will be addressed in an ethical, prompt and compassionate manner.

JOHN TORMA, Licensed Property Manager
John has spent almost 40 years working with real property in many different capacities – from self-employed builder/carpenter, to manager of his own rental property, to the Facilities Manager for the Missoula Children’s Theater and Camp Paxson, an historic group camp located on the shores of Seeley lake and owned by the United States Forest Service. In all of these various positions, John’s objective was always to improve the condition of the properties that he was involved with.

LIBBY SCHNEIDER
Having grown up with a handy-man, carpenter and property landlord, Libby never lacked opportunities to appreciate the importance of caring for a home. She and her husband have been rental property owners and managers for the past nine years. Not only has she found joy in practicing her skills of caring for their properties but also she has grown to appreciate helping her tenants create a home for themselves. Her dedication to personal, ethical and prompt response to requests and concerns are the basis of trust between herself and her clients.

These values will continue to be the cornerstone of John’s & Libby’s work through Pi Property Management – to provide quality residential and commercial experiences for tenants in properties that owners and managers can be proud of.
