EPA plan to require adaptation to climate change trends – Montana may receive most attention

Climate change affects the coldest areas hardest, and those who live closest to the land notice it first.
That’s why Montana may receive the most attention under a new Environmental Protection Agency plan. On Friday, the EPA and its 10 regions released their final Climate Change Adaptive Implementation Plans http://epa.gov/climatechange/impacts-adaptation/fed-programs/EPA-impl-plans.html for public comment.
