Responsible for the management of the fleet, equipment, and the fleet maintenance shops for all of NorthWestern Energy. Direct the fleet organizational unit including mechanics in three state locations Significant interaction with internal client groups to determine vehicle and equipment needs. Develop and manage O&M and Capital budgets. Travel up to 35%.
