6 goals for Grand Rapids' $225K economic gardening job

The city plans to spend $225,000 over the next three years in an attempt to bolster neighborhood business districts.

To facilitate a three-fold plan of business recruitment, retention and development, City Commissioners agreed to hire the non-profit Neighborhood Ventures to be its "feet on the street."
