University Of Montana Entrepreneurship Club’s Student Startup Panel, 9/10

The Entrepreneurship Club’s first meeting of the semester is Tuesday, September 10th and the panel speakers might be of particular interest to your readers who are interested in entrepreneurship, tech startups, or sustainability. Community members interested in entrepreneurship are encouraged to attend Entrepreneurship Club events. We hope you can come, too!

When: Tuesday, September 10, 2013 from 7:00-8:30 PM

Where: MonTEC Business Incubator, 1121 E. Broadway

Your college years can be a great time to start a business. Come hear from students who are working on degrees at the UM while they launch their entrepreneurial dreams.

Speakers:

* Walker Milhoan, MIS student and founder of Estancia IX, a startup developing a web-based ranch management platform with a vision to address global food supply challenges.

* Josh Austin, Computer Science student and founder of Mobile Minds, LLC, a mobile app developer focused on education.

* Micah Scudder, recent UM grad with a Masters Degree in Forestry and founder of Tradewood International, a company exporting Montana wood products to Asian markets. Tradewood International won the Environmental and Social Responsibility Award at the 2012 Ruffatto Business Plan Competition.
