Invitation: Fall 2013 Employer Information Booths at UM Business School for Sept. 25, Oct. 8, & Nov. 6th

July 2, 2013View for printing

SOBA Employer Partners,

We are writing to invite you to host an Employer Information Booth in the Gallagher Business Building this fall.

Info Booths provide employers with access to students in an informal setting for more in-depth information exchange, as well as continually offering different internship, part-time, & career opportunities to students to keep them on track in planning for their careers.

The following dates have been scheduled for Employer Info Booths in the Gallagher Business Building at The University of Montana during Fall Semester 2013.

· Wednesday, September 25th

· Tuesday, October 8th

· Wednesday, November 6th

Info Booths will be set up from 10:30am-1:00pm in the 1st floor lobby of the Gallagher Building on the scheduled date to allow for maximum student contact. There is no cost to host an Info Booth, but each organization is limited to hosting one info booth per semester.

If you would like to host an Info Booth, please indicate which date you would like to reserve in a reply to this email. If you could let me know by August 9th , we'd sure appreciate it.

After your organization signs-up for an Info Booth we begin publicizing it to students & will send you a confirmation & parking pass.

Looking forward to another great year of partnership! We hope to see you this fall!
