"First, I'm disappointed in the partisan nature of the Senate vote. But I am not surprised that the same Senate which voted today to legalize and encourage our students to pack heat on our college campuses, does not want me as a member of the Board of Regents." Pat Williams

On a mostly party-line vote of 26-23, the Montana Senate on Thursday refused to confirm former U.S. Rep. Pat Williams as a member of the state Board of Regents.
