Of all the cities in the Northwest, the density of startups in
Bozeman and the size of its tech sector is maybe the most
jaw-dropping. RightNow Technologies, a company you’ve
likely never heard of, is driving the latest push in entrepreneurship
in this small community (pop. 37,300) that is home
to Montana State University and its well-respected engineering
program, and not far from Yellowstone National Park.
