Action Institute for Montana hosts growth conference

Many Montana cities are on the cusp of increased growth due to oil development in eastern Montana and North Dakota, and to increased tourism in the throughout the region.

During the state’s first-ever Action Institute for Montana conference, held in Lewistown this week, representatives from a number of Montana communities learned how to facilitate growth in a healthy and economically beneficial way.

A common theme throughout the conference was creating connectivity and revitalizing downtown areas.
