Bozeman looking to decrease reliance on citizen advisory boards

City hopes to engage residents via the Internet

"I’m hoping that we do find some software that pushes out things to people who register for certain interests," Deputy Mayor Jeff Krauss said during this week’s regular commission meeting.

"We want to make the process easier for citizens," she said. "We want to make it more efficient and we do want to reduce commission and staff time because those resources are scarce and there are lots of priorities."
