Office Manager Position – Big Sky Commerce

Big Sky Commerce http://www.bigskycommerce.com/ , a Montana corporation and leading Merchant Service Provider, is seeking an Office Manager for its Missoula office.

This energetic, career-minded individual must be diligent with general office and customer service tasks. Limited travel may be necessary for key partner and client meetings, sponsored events, and trade shows.

Additional responsibilities include: utilizing web-based applications and reporting tools, client relations, vendor relations, mailings, appointment scheduling, filing, some shipping and receiving, and data entry. This person must embrace and maintain a high-aptitude for today’s innovative payment technologies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Excellent communication skills including phone, fax, IM, and email correspondence.

* PC and Mac computer experience with Microsoft Office and Google applications recommended.

* Customer service and sales experience helpful.

* Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience, preferred.

* Strong management and business development sales skills.

* Ability to work effectively with individuals and groups.

START DATE:

April 15, 2013 Full time 9-5 M-F
