Enterprise Applications Team Leader: Reports the Chief Information Officer (CIO)

Leads the Enterprise Applications Team to ensure appropriate staffing, budgeting, effective and efficient administration of services for all customers in support of the mission and goals of the Montana State Fund.

Develops, manages, evaluates, and maintains the enterprise-wide business intelligence and support systems.

Administers internal business operations and special projects.

Provides expert management information systems consulting services and project management.

Sets the vision and provides direction.

Leads, selects, coaches and develops staff using advanced personnel management practices and techniques.
