Ninety-nine people from a sample size of 410 drawn randomly from a technology company inventory of just over 3,000 responded to all or part of the hard-copy version of the survey, which was mailed out by city clerk staff in October 2012. This survey had a response rate of 24.1 percent. What follows are the results from the hard-copy survey respondents:
