City of Casper receives final downtown strategic plan
December 10, 2012 /
A final report that envisions a future of retail and 24-hour activity in downtown Casper and the Old Yellowstone District will be reviewed by the Casper City Council on Tuesday.
The report depicts three layouts involving a hotel and conference center, public plaza and retail area. A housing district and promenade along the North Platte River are also options presented in the plan produced by consulting firm Crandall Arambula.
