FINANCIAL ANALYST FOR PHARMACEUTICAL DEPARTMENTS AT KALISPELL REGIONAL HEALTHCARE

Seeking individual who will be primarily responsible for the overall management and coordination of the pharmacy 340(b) program for all qualified entities within the organization. Such management and coordination includes assuring qualifications for the program are met and maintained; the program is fully implemented in all areas of qualified use; related records, policies and procedures are complete and accurate; and that it meets all primary objectives as defined by leadership. Other duties to include pharmacy billing, reimbursement and patient assistance program development and maintenance. Qualifications:

1. 4-year degree in finance or accounting required.

2. Minimum 5 years related work experience. Minimum 3 years healthcare experience.

3. Knowledge of financial statements, general ledger reconciliation processes, cost accounting systems, spreadsheet applications, and experience in financial analysis and forecasting required

Job Duties:

1. *Compiles and analyzes financial information for requested departments and entities.

2. *Develops integrated revenue/expense analyses, projections, reports, and presentations.

3. *Identifies trends and developments in competitive environments to recommend appropriate paths for financial development and presents findings to senior management.

4. *Performs financial forecasting and reconciliation of internal accounts.

5. *Assures compliance with 340(b) use throughout the institution and related covered entities is fully compliant with all federal regulations and related interpretations for the program.

6. *Assures the institution is achieving maximum utilization of 340(b) pricing through full participation in all qualified areas with all applicable products , including inpatient contracts, to insure greatest cost savings returns throughout the institution and related covered entities.

7. *Assures that all policies, procedures, and related approaches to 340(b) include the most efficient use of manpower, resources, and other costs of managing, monitoring, and fully participating in the program.
