Some American professors say they no longer teach facts that students can find on the Internet, but instead focus on teaching "critical thinking."
Todd Zakrajsek isn’t buying it.
"How do you teach critical thinking without some information?" Zakrajsek told Montana State University faculty members this week. "You can’t just Google everything – you have to learn the basics."
You wouldn’t want to replace doctors with people who just look things up on the WebMD site, he said.
