This three-part series of presentations & discussions will focus on how to hire employees that have a higher potential to work out; what motivates employees and how employees can help move a company to greater profitability.

Hiring a new employee that fits your company can enhance your business and increase the likelihood of them working out. The discussion will include understanding the ?fit? for your company and identifying ways to evaluate potential employees for fit.

Karl has 30 years of management experience in the private, military and public sectors. He has first hand experience with the large number and variety of demands faced by managers. Karl has developed managers and leaders throughout his career and he brings practical and simple management tools as a Management Advisor with Organizational Insight.
