The Office of the Commissioner of Higher Education (OCHE) seeks an individual to join the Montana University System (MUS) legal team in providing preventative and responsive advice on legal matters for The University of Montana and its affiliated campuses, as well as to the system as part of the Montana University System legal team.

This is a full-time contract position, renewable annually in accordance with Board of Regents personnel policies. Benefits include health insurance, sick leave and vacation leave, retirement program, employee college tuition waiver, and partial dependent tuition waiver in accordance with Board of Regents policy.
