The Missing Link to Reducing Work Comp Rates in Montana – you can schedule free workshops

Montana’s workers’ comp costs are among some of the highest in the country, but millions can be saved if more businesses improved their safety. Studies have shown safety yields a 400% return on investment by reducing injuries and improving productivity.

Fred Miller of the Montana Safety Bureau http://erd.dli.mt.gov/safety-and-health-bureau.html will give this presentation titled, "The Missing Link to Reduced Work Comp Costs." Fred has 12 years experience marketing workers’ comp insurance to large and small Montana businesses. This class will show specific steps businesses can take to reduce costs by creating a safe work environment.

Using real world insurance examples, this class explores the connection between safety and your bottom line. Having a written safety plan will help reduce work-related injuries, improve productivity and grow the bottom line. Participants will learn about requirements for joining Montana workers’ compensation group rated plans.

This class usually runs 45-60 minutes, and is sponsored by the Montana Safety & Health Bureau. Contact Fred Miller to arrange a convenient time to educate employers about the importance of making safety a high priority in the workplace.
