Building the future – New office building will contribute to revitalization of area of Helena, Montana

Owners and tenants of a future 32,000-square-foot, three-story building at 900 North Last Chance Gulch ceremonially broke ground on the project Thursday, touting it as part of the revitalization of the area just east near the federal courthouse.

Crowley Fleck, one of Montana’s most prominent law firms, will occupy the top two floors of the building, moving from its current location in the IBM building at 100 North Park Avenue.

The firm will have about 30 employees at the site when it is completed. That’s expected in May 2013, said Dick Anderson of Dick Anderson Construction, the contractor.
