Dell http://www.dell.com is in the process of purchasing another public company, Quest Software (QSFT) and Quest has posted this press release on their web site:

Quest Software is the company which purchased Missoula-based RemoteScan http://www.remote-scan.com/ , the company that Glenn Kreisel and Steve Saroff started back in 2004. Since the Quest acquisition of of RemoteScan on May 5th, 2011, Quest Software has had an office in downtown Missoula with quite a few tech employees. With the just announced Dell purchase, potentially this is great news for Missoula, since there may soon be a Dell presence in the downtown.
