Victor, Montana based Qwival’s Family Fun Center looking for buyer online

After a long period of vacancy, Qwival’s Family Fun Center http://www.qwivals.com/ is looking for buyers through an online provider.

Freedom Realty Exchange lists the 18-acre property among six offered by the same lender. Kelly Lovegrove, the Exchange’s director of marketing, said the recreation site has great potential.

"There’s a lot of opportunity, whether it be an RV park or agriculture," she said. "It’s kind of a blank slate as to what somebody could do with it."

The site comes with a go-kart track, 18-hole miniature golf course, two buildings and a secondary structure as well as a three-acre parking lot. The minimum bid for the property is $150,000.
