Web Developer Position Available in Whitefish, MT

Fidano, LLC http://www.fidano.com has an immediate position opening for a Senior Web Developer. This full-time position is
located at the Fidano office in Whitefish, MT; however, telecommuting will be considered.

DESCRIPTION

Develop SaaS web applications in HTML5/Javascript. Interact directly and constructively with development staff, other teams, and field consultants. Develop detailed technical implementation plans. Write and execute unit tests. Consult with other teams and management to understand complex business problems. Quickly analyze requirements and specifications, raise issues, develop detailed technical implementation plans, and code solutions. Contribute positive team feedback to support and advance our IT staff. Excellent attention to detail and a high-level of accountability. Ability to estimate development schedule for assigned projects.

QUALIFICATIONS

BS or MS in Computer Science or related field or commensurate professional development experience.

3-5 years of professional development experience, including at least 1-2 years of web development.

Ability to code DOM-based JavaScript and experience with XMLHttpRequest/AJAX.

Familiarity with test-driven development practices.

Familiarity with Coldfusion, Java, and J2EE is a plus.

Understanding of and experience with object-oriented design and coding practices.

Understanding of relational database concepts and SQL.

Experience with iterative / Agile development approach.
