GRE effort to assist second-stage companies

The assistance will come from a team of national experts provided by the Edward Lowe Foundation, a Michigan agency conducting research, recognition and educational services through entrepreneur support organizations.

Greater Rochester Enterprise Inc. said Tuesday it has developed an initiative to assist second-stage companies with expansion plans.

The GRE Regional Economic Gardening Program is to provide free assistance to selected businesses in areas such as technical, marketing, human resources, social media and search engine usage.
